I am going to give you a quick glimpse at why my favorite new tool is ManageWP. With over a hundred sites to manage currently, it can be a real pain to get around to logging into each one on a regular basis to upgrade WordPress, my WordPress plugin, and my WordPress themes. But I can tell you by experience that if you DON’T keep all of those up-to-date, you will get hacked or a virus.

Next I will show you how easy it is to use ManageWP to add a new plugin to ALL of my sites. In this case, I will be installing the Related RSS plugin, which is a really cool new plugin that lets you add RSS content to each page of your site – and I mean content related to EACH page, not just content related to the general theme of your site. This allows you to make sure each page has fresh content on regular basis.
In addition to this, you can do backups (manual and scheduled), you can add pages or posts to all of your sites (or a subset of sites), you can clone a site and load that clone to a new site, and you can manage ALL of your sites from a single Dashboard.
